Consultation Booking Policy


At the KD Marketing Lab, we greatly value the time you spend with us and strive to provide the highest quality consultation for your needs. To ensure a smooth and beneficial consultation experience, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following guidelines:
 

  1. Booking Process: Consultations are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the high demand for our services, we strongly recommend that you book your consultation as early as possible to secure your preferred time slot.
     

  2. Session Duration: Please note that each consultation session is designed to last for a maximum of one hour. We believe this duration allows us to provide an in-depth, valuable discussion without causing fatigue. If you believe you may require additional time to discuss your marketing needs, please don't hesitate to book another session to ensure all your concerns are addressed.
     

  3. Punctuality: We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your consultation. Our schedule is carefully planned to ensure every client receives the full benefit of their booked time. If you are late, please understand that we may not be able to extend your session beyond the originally booked time.
     

  4. Rescheduling and Cancellations: If, for any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, we request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This advanced notice allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting.
     

  5. No-Show Policy: Please be aware that in case of a no-show, where you do not attend the consultation and have not provided prior notice, your consultation fee will not be refunded. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to all our clients who may have wished to secure that time slot.
     

  6. Refund Policy: Please note that no refunds are possible as work related to your consultation is completed prior to the session. Nonetheless, any consultation materials and relevant items will still be provided to you even if a refund is requested.
