Payment Options

At KD Marketing Lab, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality services tailored to your business goals. To ensure a smooth process for both parties, we have established the following pricing and payment policy:

  • We offer flexible payment options to accommodate your needs:

    Full Payment Upfront

  • 100% of the total amount is required before services begin.

    Two Payments

  • 50% of the total amount is required upfront.

  • The remaining 50% is due within 2 weeks of the the first payment.

    Four Weekly Payments

  • 50% of the total amount is required upfront.

  • The remaining balance is divided into four equal payments, to be made over one of the following timeframes:

    • Option A: Weekly payments over the next 4 weeks.

    • Option B: Bi-weekly payments over the next 8 weeks.

       

  • Please Note: If you are using the split payment options, you may only purchase one month of service at a time. Future months can only be scheduled once the current month’s balance is fully paid off.

    This prevents unpaid balances from accumulating or additional fees being applied.

AfterPay

Late Payment Policy

We also offer Afterpay for your convenience. This option is available through our website and allows you to split your payments into manageable installments according to Afterpay’s terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

  • To ensure our team is fully prepared to meet the needs of your project, timely payments are crucial. If a payment is missed, the following late payment policy applies:
     

  • Payments are due on the agreed-upon dates based on your selected plan.
     

  • A $25 late fee will be applied if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date.
     

  • An additional $5 daily late fee will accrue for each day payment is delayed after the grace period, up to a maximum of $100.
     

  • If payments are not received on time, all work will be paused until the outstanding balance is settled.

  • Due to the nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable. We are committed to providing the highest level of service and delivering agreed-upon results.
